For a fancy-schmancy dinner out in Athens, Georgia, get yourself & other deserving family & friends out to Five & Ten. We went all out for our Valentine's weekend dinner here (thanks to a giftcard from my Mom's boss); it was quite indulgent & a great excuse to wear heels. Make a reservation, arrive early, & enjoy a drink at the bar before you're seated.
And yes, it's taken me this long since mid-February to post this & spread the word, but it'll be totally worth it if you go even once.
